This policy describes how SGMathFlow (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use https://www.sgmathflow.org and related services (the “Service”). We design for Singapore families and aim to meet the spirit of the PDPA.
What we collect
- Account details: email, display name, role (parent / student / admin)
- Family membership: invite codes, enrolled study levels
- Learning data: lesson progress, optional focus/session stats you generate in the app
- Billing data: PayNow order references, amounts, and payment status (not full bank credentials)
- Technical logs: IP-based rate limiting and security diagnostics
How we use data
- Provide accounts, lessons, and family linking
- Process and confirm PayNow subscriptions
- Send operational emails (e.g. signup confirmation, optional admin digests)
- Improve reliability and prevent abuse
Sharing
We use processors such as hosting (e.g. Vercel), authentication/database (Supabase), and transactional email (e.g. Resend) solely to run the Service. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep account and progress data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data through your account settings or by deleting your account with us. Billing records may be retained as required for accounting disputes.
