This policy explains how SGMathFlow (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and discloses personal data when you use https://www.sgmathflow.org and related services (the “Service”). We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect
- Account details: email, display name, role (parent / student / admin)
- Family membership: invite codes, enrolled study levels
- Learning data: lesson progress and optional focus/session statistics generated in the app
- Billing data: PayNow order references, amounts, and payment status (not full bank credentials)
- Technical logs: IP-based rate limiting and security diagnostics
Children
Student accounts are created for school-age learners. A parent or guardian creates the family, pays, and issues the invite code. We do not use student learning data for advertising.
Purposes
- Provide accounts, lessons, and family linking
- Process and confirm PayNow subscriptions
- Send operational emails (sign-up confirmation, payment receipts)
- Improve reliability and prevent abuse
- Respond to support and PDPA access or correction requests
Processors
We use processors solely to run the Service: hosting (Vercel), authentication and database (Supabase), and transactional email (Resend). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep account and progress data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Billing records may be retained as required for accounting and dispute resolution.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing. Write to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period as required under the PDPA.
